Partner program terms

Provisional text. It must be legally reviewed before the program launches.

The partner is an independent referrer. The program does not create employment, a salaried mandate, a partnership entity, or a reporting relationship.

The partner does not recruit other partners and earns nothing from their activity.

An application is a request. SellwisePOS may accept it, ask for more information, or refuse it.

The portal opens only after acceptance. Activation is planned through a one-time link, never through a password sent in plain text.

The partner shares only details they are allowed to share, and tells the prospect that SellwisePOS may contact them about the software.

Unsolicited bulk outreach, bought lists, and spam are forbidden.

Statements about SellwisePOS, prices, commission, and results must be accurate. No income is guaranteed.

Submitting a prospect does not create attribution. SellwisePOS may refuse a prospect that is already known, incomplete, or not eligible.

When an eligible prospect is accepted, a set protection period may recognize the partner who introduced them first. In this working draft, that period is 90 days from acceptance. It may be clarified before launch.

The partner cannot attribute their own business, or a business they control.

The current program term is a 20% commission on eligible subscriptions actually paid, for up to 12 months.

A recorded prospect is not enough. The business must be attributed, become a customer, and pay an eligible subscription.

Setup fees, trials, zero invoices, and credits that leave nothing collected are not eligible payments.

A refund or a dispute can reduce, cancel, or delay commission. Commission can also be refused in case of fraud or a breach of these terms.

Commission depends on eligible subscriptions actually paid and on the program terms. This text promises no monthly amount.

This version does not pay commission automatically. The payment method will be confirmed when the program opens.

SellwisePOS may suspend or end participation for a breach, for fraud, or if the program ends. Commission already approved remains subject to the payment exclusions, including refunds.

The partner does not share portal data and uses prospect details only for the program.

SellwisePOS may change the program before and after it opens. The version that applies to a customer is the one in force when that customer is attributed, subject to payment exclusions.
